About the Role
We’re hiring an Operations Specialist to support our client’s autonomous vehicle operations in Las Vegas. In this role, you’ll help monitor a live fleet, respond to complex operating scenarios, and provide remote guidance when needed to support safe, consistent vehicle operations. This is a hands-on operations role for someone who is calm under pressure, technically confident, and able to make sound decisions in real time.
You’ll work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment alongside software, QA, and UX partners while helping improve the tools and workflows used. This role also supports a direct feedback loop by documenting observations, supporting data collection, and sharing operational input that helps improve system usability and performance over time.

Responsibilities
Monitor autonomous vehicle operations in real time.
Provide remote guidance to support fleet operations in complex situations.
Take control actions when required, following safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
Respond to critical mission needs as they arise during live operations.
Support testing and data collection efforts tied to performance.
Gather observations and contribute to performance reporting and metrics tracking.
Partner with software, QA, and UX teams to improve the interface and operator experience.
Follow company protocols to maintain consistent operational standards.
Contribute feedback on tool usability and system functionality.
Work flexible shifts based on business and operational needs.
Qualifications for Success
Minimum Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in operations or another fast-paced environment.
Experience working in cross-functional teams.
Excellent computer skills and strong problem-solving ability.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Positive attitude and growth mindset.
Excellent driving history and no criminal history.
Willingness to work flexible shift hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in the autonomous vehicle industry.
Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Analytics, or a related field.
Experience using Windows 10.
Basic knowledge of Windows, Linux, and software/QA testing.
Basic understanding of data analysis and performance metrics.
Basic QA testing experience.
Experience playing video games.
Working Environment
Work Environment: On-site
Location: Las Vegas, Nevada
Schedule: Full time (usually 30+ hours/week); flexible shift availability required
Contract
Training Schedule: First day orientation on Tuesday from 9:30 AM–6:00 PM; remaining training typically Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM–4:30 PM; training lasts approximately 5 weeks before transition to assigned shift
Post-Training Shift Examples: Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday; 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 3:30 PM–12:00 AM
