Job Purpose:

Overall responsible for P&L management for Gross Margin below analysis for Pernod Ricard China Management Entity focusing on 1) A&P OPEX (consumer & trade), 2) Selling, General & Administrative expenses, 3) Other Income & Expenses and 4) CAPEX budget process. Work scope includes both monthly financial reporting for Actuals and Rolling Forecast cycle.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Prepare the month-end closing vs. latest rolling forecast vs. last year, identify the risks and opportunities (if any)
• Plan and drive forecast cycles (4 times a year)
• Enhance forecast accuracy and strengthen expense and Capex management through process improvement and analysis
• Identify risk and opportunities to support business team to deliver financial commitment
• Drive efficiency in financial analysis through dashboards
• Work with cross functions to ensure that data is accurate and reasonable, automated and timely available.
• Capture internal control issues by financial analysis in A&P spending, Opex and Capex, and then standardize process across China Management Entity
• Drive simplification initiatives/projects in coordination with rest of cluster finance team
• Ensure timely reporting of both Actuals & Rolling Forecast as per defined timelines
•  Requirements: 
  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting orientated study
  • At least 5-year experience with financial control, management reporting and business analyses, preferably within an international environment
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to multitask
  • Intellectual capacity to digest complex information, see trends and analysis through data
  • Advanced technical skills in Excel, ERP and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to balance speed and accuracy.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
