Description

Sutherland is looking proactive and commited professionals to support and maintain automobile dealer websites on the dealer eProcess platform. The role is primarily focused on front-end updates, CMS content changes, and ticket-based enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform front-end updates and content changes using HTML and CSS
  • Maintain and update websites built on WordPress and CMS platforms.
  • Manage and resolve tasks through HubSpot or similar ticketing tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely ticket closure.
  • Use Python for basic scripting, automation, or efficiency improvements.
  • Ensure quality, responsiveness, and adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications

  • Advanced English level (B2 or higher)
  • Availability to work on-site at our Bogotá Americas facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML & CSS.
  • Basic to intermediate WordPress experience.
  • Working knowledge of Python.
  • Experience with ticketing tools (HubSpot, Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow, etc.).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to automobile or dealer websites.
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript.
  • Experience in high-volume support or production environments.
