Transformation Specialist

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Dubai a for a Transformation Specialist.

Key Requirements:

• 
  Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 
  Strong IT background is mandatory.
• 
  Minimum 3-5 years of experience in transformation, digital transformation, business process improvement, or project management.
• 
  Must be currently based in the UAE.
• 
  Experience in process mapping, change management, and technology-driven initiatives.
• 
  Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Open to all nationalities

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Support business transformation and digitalization initiatives.
• 
  Analyze and improve business processes and operational efficiency.
• 
  Gather business requirements and coordinate with technology teams.
• 
  Track project progress and prepare reports and presentations.
• 
  Assist in implementing change management and process improvement programs.
