Description
My client is looking for a Junior Account Manager to work within the commercial team of a consultancy retail business. Wigan, £30-35k, September 26 start date. On site, Monday - Friday 8.45am - 5pm (one day at home during the week)
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Commercial team with day-to-day administrative and account management tasks
- Take ownership of internal meetings—setting agendas, driving actions, and ensuring follow-ups are completed
- Work closely with the Commercial team to manage and develop specific customer accounts
- Prepare, analyse, and present sales data and performance reports
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all customer information is up to date
- Act as a key point of coordination between internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
