As a Senior Associate in IT Infrastructure and Cloud Operations, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing secure IT systems that support business operations. Your focus will be on managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure and services to validate seamless operations and availability for clients. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing industry-leading practices for cloud-based systems.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

- Designing and implementing secure IT systems to support business operations and optimize performance
- Managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure to enable seamless operations and availability for clients
- Monitoring and troubleshooting cloud-based systems to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency
- Implementing industry-leading practices for cloud infrastructure architecture and optimization
- Utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure for cloud administration and service management
- Conducting cloud migration and performance optimization to improve infrastructure performance
- Collaborating with teams to develop and execute cloud strategy and service delivery
- Analyzing data to inform insights and recommendations for cloud infrastructure improvements
- Upholding professional and technical standards in line with firm guidelines and independence requirements
- Mentoring junior team members to foster growth and technical skills development

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
