Description

The resource defines and ensures the execution of activities at the assigned site, impacting time/costs, quality and safety, in compliance with environmental regulations.

Activities:

  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment and Quality regulations on construction sites.

  • Operate in accordance with applicable local legislation.

  • Participate in the preparation of the work schedule, verifying its feasibility and possible optimizations.

  • Ensure the execution of the work schedule, monitoring progress in compliance with the expected timelines and standards.

  • Ensure the progress and continuity of activities in line with the work schedule and in application of the Method Statement.

  • Plan and coordinate the activities of the work team, ensuring the quality of performance and fostering a motivated and collaborative environment, in compliance with the Code of Ethics and company values.

  • Assign activities to the team in compliance with suitability requirements and applicable regulations.

  • Collect and submit reports on the progress of activities.

  • Report any critical issues and non-conformities to the Project Manager, proposing timely corrective actions within the scope of their responsibilities.

  • Manage relationships with suppliers, clients and the Works Management team to ensure the correct execution of activities, as well as with the authorities responsible for authorization and logistical aspects, such as disposal management.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Structural Engineering or Geological Sciences. Candidates with a technical high school diploma, such as Surveyor Diploma, and at least ten years of experience in the role will also be considered.

  • Knowledge of technologies and work processes related to ground improvement and foundation works.

  • Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.

  • Knowledge of environmental regulations and related updates in the relevant country.

  • Knowledge of techniques and methods for planning and monitoring activities.

  • Geotechnical knowledge.

  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices.

For this position, the expected gross annual salary ranges from51 000 to 80 000, determined based on experience, skills, and the level of responsibility associated with the role, in compliance with the CCNL Edile Industria National Collective Labour Agreement. Meals and accommodation are provided in the event of assignments away from the usual place of work.
