A day in the life…

• Lead the sales team with a strong focus on pre-owned to achieve customer satisfaction, retention, and profitability targets.
• Maintain a deep understanding of competitor vehicles, pricing trends, and the overall Canadian automotive market.
• Ensure high accuracy and attention to detail in pricing, inventory, and reporting.
• Identify and resolve challenges within the sales department efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with new vehicle sales, service, and finance teams to create a seamless customer experience.

What we look for…

• Previous management experience in automotive sales, preferably with a focus on pre-owned vehicles.
• Proficient in vehicle sales software such as 180 and Dealermine.
• Valid BC driver’s license.
• VSA license is required.
• A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for mentoring and developing a high-performing team.
