- Spearhead a culture of continuous improvement, utilizing Lean Six Sigma frameworks to reduce operational waste and drive down service delivery costs.
People Leadership & Matrix Management
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing finance organization, managing direct reports across multiple towers (Accounting Managers, FP&A leads, and Operations Supervisors).
- Manage the strategic capacity planning, talent retention, and succession management within the finance hub.
- Navigate and align complex matrixed reporting lines, bridging local statutory country realities with global corporate finance directives.
Job Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred.
- Certification: CPA (Certified Public Accountant) qualification is strongly desired.
- Experience: * At least 12–15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior executive capacity (CFO, Finance Director, or VP of Finance) inside a Shared Services, GBS, Captive Hub, or BPO environment.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets, structural transformations, and regional country migrations.
- Technical Skills: * Deep understanding of international accounting standards (IFRS / US GAAP) and local Philippine statutory frameworks.
