Our Growth team is seeking a **Sales Development Representative (f/m/d)** to support our rapidly growing inbound sales motion. You will be instrumental in converting, qualifying and advising leads, ensuring Finance leaders engaging with Moss have a high-value, consultative first experience.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success—perfect for someone who is commercially curious, passionate about engaging with prospects, and eager to help shape a high-impact function in its early stages.
You'll be coached and supported by a high-performing team and empowered to drive improvements in how we engage with inbound demand from top to bottom of the funnel.
## Tasks
**Your responsibilities**
Here's a bit more on what you can expect to be doing day-to-day:
* **Qualify inbound leads** progress leads by responding to buying signals, running targeted qualification, and guiding them towards the next step in the sales process.
* **Deliver value from the first interaction** by demonstrating strong product understanding and tailoring conversations to each lead’s context.
* **Collaborate with Account Executives** to ensure a smooth and high-quality handover of qualified opportunities into the sales cycle
## Requirements
**About you**
We think you’ll need the following **experience and qualifications** to succeed in this role:
* You have initial experience in a sales related role, focused on acquisition
* You are fluent in both German (C2) and English (C1)
