Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manage and support team members handling Memory and SSD brands
2. Oversee planning, execution, and performance of key brand initiatives
3. Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners
4. Monitor KPIs, risks, and execution timelines
5. Prioritize workloads and improve operational efficiency
6. Drive process improvements and support business growth

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of experience in product management, business operations, or brand management, preferably in Memory or SSD-related industries
2. Prior people management or team leadership experience
3. Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills
4. Solid understanding of products, forecasting, and execution processes
5. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
