Required Qualification & Skills

• 1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2. CCNP certification
• 3. Strong knowledge of systems , networking software, hardware, and networking protocols.
• 4. Knowledge of system security techniques and data backup/recovery.

Job Description

• 1. Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and workstations.
• 2. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot problems and outages to ensure high availability and reliability.
• 3. Collaborate with network architects to optimize network design.
• 4. Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.
• 5. Perform disaster recovery operations and data backups when required.
• 6. Protect data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning, and implementing network security measures.
• 7. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems.
• 8. Replace faulty network hardware components when required.
• 9. Maintain, configure, and monitor virus protection software and email applications.
• 10. Manage and monitor network security, including firewalls, and other applied security systems.
• 11. Conduct regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
• 12. Stay current with technological advancements and security trends to ensure system security.
• 13. Assist in network and system architecture planning and development.
• 14. Document network configurations, changes, and procedures.
• 15. Provide technical support and guidance to users.
• Hands-on experience with networking, routing, switching, and firewall configuration.
• Experience with networking technologies, network monitoring, and network diagnostics tools.
• Experience in cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
