OsoolTree Company is looking for a hands-on Project Site Supervisor to oversee structural and finishing works across its residential developments in Riyadh.
This role requires strong on-site presence to supervise contractors, monitor quality, track progress against schedules, and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications. The ideal candidate is disciplined, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining strict site control.
## Tasks
* Conduct regular site inspections during structural and finishing stages
* Supervise contractors and subcontractors on daily site activities
* Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications
* Monitor construction quality and report deviations immediately
* Track actual progress against the approved project timeline
* Prepare weekly reports including progress percentage, delays, risks, and photo documentation
* Follow up on site observations until full closure
* Verify completed work before contractor payment approval
* Ensure safety standards and site discipline are maintained
* Attend coordination meetings and provide clear updates to management
## Requirements
* Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction-related field
* Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience in residential projects
* Strong knowledge of structural and finishing works
* Ability to read technical drawings and BOQs
* Strong reporting and communication skills
* Firm and detail-oriented personality
* Ability to manage multiple project sites within Riyadh
