Job Title: DevOps Support Engineer

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• Own and improve Infrastructure across deployment types & customer environments -- Enterprise Cloud, Hybrid & On-premise.
• Own and improve Infrastructure reliability of our deliveries by collaborating with relevant Delivery, Product & Tech stakeholders.
• Handle clients facing escalations and incidents.
• Provide Level 1 technical support to address incidents & escalations as part of the 24x7x365 staffing assignment (on-call).

Experience:

• 1 year of overall work experience.
• 1+ year of hands-on experience in managing infrastructure.
• Proven ability to handle incidents & escalations of complex technical issues by communicating status updates along with RCA to the customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar.
• Having a Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) is a plus.
• Having a AWS Cloud certified Architect is a plus.
• Having a RHCE or RHCSA certification is a plus.

Technical:

• Understanding of AWS Cloud, using them to effectively build infrastructure.
• Experience working with container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes & Docker)
• Experience working with Unix/Linux environments with a deep grasp on system internals.
• Experience with Configuration Management Systems like Terraform, Ansible etc.
• Experience working with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Loki, Grafana) and Database technologies (PostgreSQL).
• Validated breadth of understanding and development of solutions based on multiple technologies, including networking, cloud, database, and scripting languages.
