Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, results-driven, and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day execution of program activities within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient program delivery, coordinating teams, and managing strategic partnerships, while enabling leadership to focus on fundraising and long-term strategy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program Operations & Execution
Oversee and execute day-to-day program delivery across all initiatives.
Ensure operational efficiency and timely implementation of projects.
Translate strategic plans into actionable operational activities.
2. Team Coordination & Supervision
Coordinate, manage, and supervise cross-functional teams.
Set performance targets and monitor team productivity.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance feedback to staff.
3. Partnership & Stakeholder Management
Identify, develop, and manage commercial and strategic partnerships.
Maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and service providers.
Support collaboration with donors, sponsors, and external stakeholders.
4. Process Improvement & Compliance
Develop and optimize operational processes and workflows.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and donor requirements.
Monitor risks and implement mitigation strategies.
5. Reporting & Performance Monitoring
Track operational KPIs and provide regular performance reports.
Work closely with the M&E team to align operations with impact goals.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve program effectiveness.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, or related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
5 – 8 years' experience in operations management, preferably within an NGO or development sector.
Proven experience in team leadership and project execution.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Experience managing partnerships and stakeholder relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
