Understand Customer Needs: Detect and comprehend customer objectives to provide tailored solutions.
Feature Knowledge: Utilize your expertise in key platform features to connect customer needs to available tools.
High-Volume Interaction: Manage a high volume of potential clients daily through video calls, emails, and phone calls.
Portfolio Management: Prioritize and manage portfolios, identifying opportunities and following up with content creators over time.
Who Were Looking For:
Language Skills: Fluent in Turkish and English (C1 level).
Social Media Knowledge: Responsible for evaluating online social media, web page content, and advertising, adhering to evolving criteria.
Analytical Skills: Ability to generate structured intelligence reports for stakeholders using relevant information.
