Job Title: Marketing Coordinator l Project Execution Lead
Work Location: Philippines
Your role sits within the Marketing Coordinator Program and will support and enable local marketing program execution through centralised marketing services and provides expertise in Events and Integrated Marketing Campaigns. This includes end-to-end planning, execution and tracking program performance. Specifically for Events, you will project manage and operationalize both in-person and virtual events throughout the year with the support of Event Specialists. As part of the team, you will play a major role in ensuring the success of integrated marketing, events and driving continual improvement and measurement of future events. This role works closely with stakeholders. They collaborate across functions to deliver successful marketing campaigns and events. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: Service Management: Overall accountability for campaign deliverables and is the single point of contact for our clients. As the Project Execution Lead, you will be -
• Single point of contact, works with assigned stakeholder to drive project execution and streamline operations in an efficient manner
• Engages with multiple teams (events, social, data) as applicable for the project / campaign
• Accountable for the end-to-end execution of a project / campaign (covering briefing, planning, compliance, demand generation, to post-campaign reporting)
• Functions as a subject matter expert
Service Deployment & Readiness: Drives service quality, consistency & innovation through leading practice sharing and overall participation and cooperation in the marketing services community.
Team player: Working closely with the events team and other co-MCs, including in-person and virtual event coordinators. This role ensures that the team is briefed on all areas and global initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engages with functional stakeholders to set expectations on service delivery. Provides consultative support and recommendations, collaborating with Regional Leads and Global leads.
Global Community Engagement: Shares best practices with Team Leads across the region and participates in community calls.
Best Practice Sharing: Curates and showcases Area finding and practices and shares these with the global community.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Competencies/Skills:
•Proven skills in written and verbal communications
• Intermediate project management experience, strategies and tools
•Basic business, systems, and process analysis
•Demonstrated understanding of event marketing and the tools and platforms that support it
•Ability to articulate and evangelize services with stakeholders
•Relationship management, collaboration and conflict resolution skills
•Knowledge of Microsoft brand and products
Required Experience:
•University degree
• 3-5 years account or project management experience (agency or client side)
•Experience in working on integrated marketing projects
• Account or project management experience required
