Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced AEM Backend Developer with strong expertise in Java-based development within the Adobe Experience Manager ecosystem. The successful candidate will design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing AEM backend solutions integrated with Adobe and third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize AEM components, templates, and workflows using Java, Sling, and OSGi.

• Manage content storage and retrieval using JCR and CRX repositories.

• Create and consume RESTful web services for system integration.

• Implement and maintain custom AEM workflows and backend logic.

• Integrate AEM with Adobe Marketing Cloud products (e.g., Analytics, Campaign, Target).

• Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability through automated testing and code reviews.

Required Skills:

• Strong Java (core and advanced) programming skills with experience in OSGi and Apache Sling.

• Proficient with JCR/CRX for content repository management.

• Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs and web services.

• Familiarity with AEM Dispatcher and caching strategies.

• Solid understanding of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Maven).

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in global team settings.
