Description

Job Summary

Perform post-sale, on-site technical product support, regardless of discipline (e.g., Hardware, Network, or Software). Perform installations, upgrades, testing, and/or maintenance. Provide guidance to clients on function, usage, and operation of products. Possess in-depth knowledge of the organization's products and/or services. Serve as liaison between the organization and customers. Convey customer feedback to technical design and engineering staff. Resolve escalations from technical product support technicians and may handle technical implementation of technology products. Incumbent is subject to overtime, callback, and on-call as required. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Installs and configures peripheral devices.
• Maintains knowledge of LAN/WAN structure.
• Identifies and troubleshoots technology issues.
• Communicates and Documents as required.
• Completes assigned goals.

Minimum Required Experience

Associate degree in IS or greater than four years of experience depending on education.

Preferred/Desired

Minimum of four years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of experience and education
