About the role:
We are looking for motivated and hands-on Sales Team Leads to guide and support B2B sales representatives. This role requires both strong leadership skills and a willingness to actively participate in outbound sales efforts. You will lead by examplecoaching your team to achieve performance targets while taking an active role in engaging and converting potential clients.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of B2B Sales experience
- Led a team of B2B Sales Representatives
- Fluent in written and verbal English
