Key Responsibilities

Program & Operations Support

• Assist in organizing and executing BD initiatives such as university partnerships, webinars, outreach programs, and company events

• Support coordination, documentation, and preparation of post-activity reports

Partnership & Client Coordination

• Research potential partners and maintain stakeholder databases

• Assist in follow-ups and coordination with external partners and clients

Proposal & Presentation Support

• Help develop presentation decks, proposals, and marketing materials

• Organize content and data for client submissions and internal use

Market Research & Insights

• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities

• Summarize insights to support business development strategies

Events & Lead Generation

• Provide support during trade shows, campus engagements, and networking events

• Assist in capturing and organizing leads for business follow-ups
