Talent Search Recruitment is an executive search firm that focuses on providing top-tier recruitment services to help organizations build exceptional teams. We are looking for a motivated and proactive Recruitment Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition.

Responsibility:

1. Manage and grow the companys LinkedIn and Instagram presence.
2. Create and schedule engaging posts to enhance brand visibility.
3. Assist in developing social media strategies to increase engagement and followers.
4. Write clear and engaging captions (basic copywriting is a plus!).
5. Design simple marketing materials using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
6. Monitor and analyze social media performance.
7. Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.

Qualification:

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, Multimedia, or a related field.️
• Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia (written & spoken).
• Familiar with LinkedIn, Instagram, and social media best practices.
• Basic copywriting skills are a huge plus.
• Able to use design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar software).
• Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
