Work with assigned teams to ensure compliant, accurate and timely entry of required program data

Provide technical assistance to team members in meeting data entry requirements

Review individual case records to ensure compliance and integrity

Run reports, analyze data for program trends, and make continuous improvement suggestions to enhance performance outcomes

Receive and track all referrals to unit., addressing them in a timely manner.

Ensure that performance standards, contract goals and services including Activity Compliance Rate (ACR), Job Placement, Retention and Increased Hours Worked goals are met and/or exceeded by means of accurate and timely data entry and reconciliation.

Create, maintain and reconcile all file systems (paper and electronic).

Other job related duties as required.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years relevant experience preferred; appropriate experience or special training may be substituted in lieu of Bachelor’s degree -
Proficient in MS Office applications (especially MS Word, Excel and Access). -
Prior experience in quality assurance and/or auditing preferred

The base pay for this position ranges from $23.63 to $25.83 and will vary based on factors such as skills and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services provides to recognize employees for their work.
