We are seeking a skilled System Test Team Lead to join our storage company. As a System Test Team Lead, you will lead a team of system testers responsible for ensuring the quality of our storage solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and report bugs, verify bug fixes, and develop testing strategies. You will be responsible for ensuring that the System Test team delivers high-quality results, meets deadlines, and maintains effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of system testers.
• Develop and implement system testing strategies and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and report bugs.
• Verify bug fixes and ensure they meet the required quality standards.
• Develop and maintain test cases, plans, and documentation.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality test results.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in system testing.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in system testing.
• At least 3 years of management experience
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies.
• Experience with test case management and defect tracking tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
