Our Client in Lebanon is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Engineer to join his growing team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical consultant, interfacing directly with customers to understand their unique requirements and pain points. By leveraging your strong technical expertise and customer-facing skills, you will educate customers on our cutting-edge technology products and solutions, and collaboratively design customized offerings to meet their business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provides customer pre/after sales technical support.
• Keeps the customers updated on latest technologies covered under our products and solutions portfolio.
• Provides technical solutions for customer/industry specific requirements.
• Develop new business opportunities with new customers/sectors and introduce new technologies
• Responsible for selection of products based on technical specifications and preparation of complete technical submittal documents (drawings, datasheets, etc...)
• Regularly visits customers to generate sales and follow up on submitted quotations.
• Provides technical support to other collaborators within the Division
• Participates & provides the needed support during technical conferences and exhibitions.

Requirements

• Knowledge: University degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechatronics)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience

Competencies:

• Technical : Good command of English and Arabic
• Good knowledge of PLC, Drives
• Behavioral: Good communication skills
