Your area of work:

This position is currently open for part time (50%) and time limited contract.

Join our growing HR Global Service Center team in Prague and help shape the way HR services are delivered across our international organization. As part of a team that manages global reimbursement processes (Travel & Entertainment), Time Management, and increasingly more global HR activities, you will contribute directly to the evolution of our digital, efficient, and employee-centric HR operations.

As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting employee-related activities and ensuring the highest level of employee experience. You will act as a point of contact for employees across multiple locations, providing expert support on global HR processes. This is an excellent opportunity if you enjoy combining operational HR work with international exposure, process optimization, and continuous improvement.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth execution of international time management and employee life-cycle processes
  • Handle global reimbursement and travel expense inquiries with accuracy and service orientation
  • Maintain employee master data in our HR systems (SAP, Success Factors)
  • Guarantee correct documentation and compliance with internal guidelines and local regulations
  • Support audits, reporting, and HR data management activities
  • Actively contribute to digitalization and global HR process harmonization initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with HR colleagues and stakeholders across multiple countries.

 

Your profile:

  • A service-oriented, reliable, and team driven mindset
  • Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
  • High attention to detail and quality
  • Proficient in English communication (both spoken and written), knowledge of German is an advantage
  • Experience with SAP,  SAP Success Factors and Concur is an asset
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • An University degree or relevant professional experience in HR or shared services
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and stay organized in a dynamic environment
