Position Title: HR Officer

Client: Mining industry

Location: Umnugobi aimag

Main duties:

• Implement Labor Law and regulations, internal procedures of the company to the operation
• Prepare timesheet, roster schedule
• Conduct induction and training
• Conduct employee relation, investigate disciplinary action
• Advise managers about employee relation

Main requirements:

• Bachelor's or higher education degree in Human Resources/Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in mining industry
• Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent in verbal and written English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
