The Lead Housing Support Specialist is responsible for assisting the PSH Program Manager with the day-to-day operations of the Permanent Supportive Housing program.  Responsibilities include a combination of program administration and direct service to Office of Behavioral Health (OBH) Individuals Served to obtain and maintain their permanent supportive housing. In conjunction with the Individuals Served and members of the interdisciplinary team, completes individualized housing assessments and plans that meet the standards of funders and accrediting bodies. Assists staff in the development of Individuals Served housing assessments and plans. Works with landlords, coordinates moves, and assists with chart audits and data submission to funders. 

Schedule is Monday through Friday 8 am to 4 pm or 9 am to 5 pm

$1,000 Sign-on Bonus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or related field with two years MH/substance abuse disorder experience 
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in use of databases, spreadsheets and web-based applications
• Valid PA driver's license
