## Tasks
* Lead development of AI apps, automations, and internal tools for global clients
* Architect systems, integrations, and scalable application structures
* Collaborate directly with business & IT stakeholders to design technical solutions
* Mentor and support junior developers and ensure best practices
* Build and maintain Custom Components
* Review code and ensure quality, performance, and security standards
* Develop strategies to extend and improve no-code/low-code integrations
* Write and maintain clear technical documentation
* Stay current with modern development, AI, and automation technologies
* Support planning, estimation, and delivery of projects
## Requirements
* **Candidates with full working rights for Thailand**
* **Fluent in English**
* **5+ years** **in full-stack development**
* **Experience in leading a technical team or mentoring developers**
* Strong experience designing software architecture for web or mobile
* Advanced JavaScript, HTML, CSS; experience with **React is a strong plus**
* Experience with SQL databases (**PostgreSQL or Snowflake preferred**)
* Strong API design & integration experience
* Experience working with Agile or Scrum methodology
* Experience with **no-code or low-code platforms** is a plus
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Excellent problem-solving and technical decision-making
* A master’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus
