Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Work Setup: On-site
Working Hours: Flexible shifts (4h, 6h, or 8h daily), Monday to Sunday, between 09:00 and 17:00

Your Role:
Provide friendly, non-technical assistance to users of major digital services such as apps, payments, and media platforms
Ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience at every interaction
Collaborate with a diverse, international team in a lively work environment
Who Were Looking For:
Fluent in Finnish and English (both written and spoken)
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Customer-first attitude with a positive and adaptable mindset
