Job Duties

• Incorporate the latest and most cost-effective technologies into the company's strategy, including machine learning and AI.
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics models, and strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Drive the end-to-end execution of data analytics initiatives efficiently, ensuring data is complete and qualified, and projects are delivered on time.
• Collaborate effectively with business units, IT teams, and internal members to capture, understand, and translate data for analytics, balancing cost, capability, performance, and time to market.
• Make informed judgments to balance data privacy and the business's need for analytics, accuracy, and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Azure Data Analytics, PowerBI, SQL, and Python.
• Experience in AI and Machine Learning is essential.
• Over 6 years of IT experience, with strong expertise in solution design, project delivery, and system integration.
• Proven track record of leading data analytics teams to successfully complete multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong interviewing and negotiation skills to gather detailed business requirements and use cases from key stakeholders.
• Experience in project coordination and management, particularly in delivering solutions using the Azure Data Analytics platform, including Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure SQL Database, Synapse Analytics, and Azure Data Lake.
• Proficient in English is a MUST.
