Job Description

We are seeking a high-performing, data-driven professional to support EMEA Distribution through advanced analytics, reporting, and automation. This role focuses on transforming data into actionable insights that enhance commercial decision-making and client engagement.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical rigor, technical proficiency, and the ability to translate complex data into clear business outcomes. A collaborative mindset, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to continuous improvement are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Commercial Insights: Partner with EMEA Distribution to deliver data-led insights that improve client engagement and business performance.
  • Dashboarding & Reporting: Design and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting solutions to support strategic and operational decisions.
  • Automation & Efficiency: Identify and implement automation opportunities to enhance productivity, data accuracy, and turnaround time.
  • Advanced Analytics: Support analytical initiatives, including trend analysis, forecasting, and business diagnostics, as aligned to business priorities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver high-impact solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics).
  • Working experience and strong knowledge in Power BI or Tableau (with willingness to build capability across both platforms).
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, modeling, and automation.
  • Familiarity with modern data ecosystems, including Snowflake and AWS, is preferred.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot) to enhance efficiency and output quality.
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset, consistent delivery quality, and strong problem-solving capability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex insights.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience within financial services or asset management is advantageous but not mandatory.

In-Office Collaboration

We are a client-centric, relationship-based business. Working together, in-person, is foundational to how we achieve results. By fostering a culture of face-to-face collaboration, idea sharing, productivity and personal connection, we deliver for our stakeholders — clients, advisors, employees and shareholders. Our employees work in the office at least three (3) days per week, with flexibility to work from home two (2) days per week. Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.
