Customer Support Specialist (German C2 & English B2)

Location: Lublin, Poland (On-Site)
Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 8.5-hour shifts (9 AM 6 PM)
Gross Salary: 7,000 PLN per month

About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist fluent in German to join our team in Lublin. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries related to the purchase of electric cars. Your main focus will be providing excellent customer support via incoming calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and assist customers with their inquiries.
• Provide accurate information and support related to electric vehicle purchases.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and friendly service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues effectively.

Requirements:

Fluency in German (C2)
Good knowledge of English (B2)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused with a friendly and professional attitude
Ability to work on-site in Lublin
