Description

Experience :

Minimum 5 years’ experience, out of which minimum 2 years as L2, in ITAM operations and tool administration with

  • In depth understanding of hardware and software lifecycle management
  • Strong exposure to compliance tracking, and vendor audits
  • Experience in managing and configuring ITAM tools, integration with UCMDB
  • Ability to track and report software license compliance, contracts and warranties
  • Familarity with auto discovery and integration with AD, NMS etc
  • Basic scripting/querying skills for reporting and automation

Responsibilities :

  • Configure and administer ITSM tools and maintain asset database integrity
  • Oversee asset onboarding, tracking and retirement processes
  • Reconcile physical vs recorded asset inventory
  • Design and implement asset workflows and approval mechanisms
  • Prepare dashboards, performance and SLA reports
  • Provide user support, training and knowledge maintenance
  • Coordinate with OEMs or higher-tier support for complex issues
  • Undertake maintenance activities as per bank’s requirement
  • Review device health status
  • Review alarms/events
  • Provide compliance and audit reports to stakeholders
