Description
Experience :
Minimum 5 years’ experience, out of which minimum 2 years as L2, in ITAM operations and tool administration with
- In depth understanding of hardware and software lifecycle management
- Strong exposure to compliance tracking, and vendor audits
- Experience in managing and configuring ITAM tools, integration with UCMDB
- Ability to track and report software license compliance, contracts and warranties
- Familarity with auto discovery and integration with AD, NMS etc
- Basic scripting/querying skills for reporting and automation
Responsibilities :
- Configure and administer ITSM tools and maintain asset database integrity
- Oversee asset onboarding, tracking and retirement processes
- Reconcile physical vs recorded asset inventory
- Design and implement asset workflows and approval mechanisms
- Prepare dashboards, performance and SLA reports
- Provide user support, training and knowledge maintenance
- Coordinate with OEMs or higher-tier support for complex issues
- Undertake maintenance activities as per bank’s requirement
- Review device health status
- Review alarms/events
- Provide compliance and audit reports to stakeholders
