Description

Job Objective Independent execution of the tasks related to claim management and APQP processes for local and global suppliers. Support and plan supplier improvement activities / trainings / workshops. Duties and Responsibilities Active participating in the incoming inspection risk assessment process. Verifying the non-conforming part for complaint management. Coordinating the further containment actions (e.g., rework, sorting, etc.). Initiate, follow up and close FS notification in ERP system. Following up supplier 8D reports (technical) regarding content and timing. Performing 8D evaluation (technical) (e.g., in SAP). Coordinating and transferring claim related cost to the supplier. Preparing of non-conforming parts shipment back to the supplier (including delivery notes). Leading supplier development program (SDP). Responsible to initiate ACL1 and ACL2 according to the process description. Initiating and leading escalation process. Releasing the purchase parts (ISIR/PPAP) in accordance with the procedures. Responsible for the APQP activities associated with the release of follow-up tools / ECM. Performing training for problem solving methods (8D, 5why, Ishikawa…) for suppliers. Initiating and leading Q-alerts (coordinator). Plan, conduct and follow up supplier VDA 6.3 audits as a co-auditor.
