Customer Success Specialist — LinkedIn (Portuguese + English) — Sofia, Bulgaria
We're looking for a customer-focused Portuguese and English-speaking professional to join a hybrid Customer Success team in Sofia. This is a non-sales role built around onboarding, relationship management, and customer empowerment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new LinkedIn advertising clients and guide them through initial platform setup
- Conduct product demos and walkthroughs using approved materials and scripts
- Act as a trusted advisor, answering questions and resolving product concerns
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively reach out to at-risk accounts
- Document all customer interactions and maintain CRM accuracy
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
What We're Looking For:
- Portuguese at native or near-native level; English at B2 or above (B2B context)
- Experience in customer success, account management, or client onboarding
- Strong presentation and communication skills — confident on video calls
- Customer-first mindset with a proactive and organised work style
- Comfortable in a hybrid environment with rotating hours (12:00–21:00 or 10:00–19:00)
- Detail-oriented with experience using CRM tools
