Position Summary:

We are seeking a visionary Creative Industrial Engineer to join our Product Design

and Development Department in our high-end furniture business and retail. The ideal

candidate will conceptualize and execute sophisticated, trend-forward, and timeless

designs while ensuring functionality and market readiness. This role requires

leadership, organizational expertise, and the ability to coordinate across departments to

bring innovative designs to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Conceptualization and Execution:

Create unique and functional design concepts for high-end furniture products.

Ensure designs reflect sophistication, timelessness, and alignment with market

trends.

Rendering and Visualization:

Develop detailed and compelling 2D and 3D renderings to communicate design

concepts.

Present design proposals with clarity and precision to internal teams and

management.

Material Sourcing and Collaboration:

Collaborate with luxury furnishing suppliers to source high-quality fabrics and

materials.

Maintain a deep understanding of high-quality materials, including finishes and

textiles.

Team Leadership and Coordination:

Lead a team of designers and support staff within the Product Design and

Development Department.

Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as procurement, production,

and marketing to ensure seamless project execution.

Market-Ready Product Development:

Translate design concepts into functional prototypes and market-ready products.

Ensure adherence to high standards of craftsmanship and quality throughout the

production process.

Trend and Market Analysis:

Stay updated on global design trends, luxury furniture market dynamics, and

consumer preferences.

Proactively integrate these insights into the design process.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.

Proven experience (5+ years) in luxury furniture design and product

development.

Expertise in rendering software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, V-Ray, and

Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong understanding of high-quality materials, fabrics, and finishes in luxury

furniture.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

Experience collaborating with suppliers and manufacturers in the luxury

furnishing industry.
