As our new Head of Sales, Sweden , you will take full commercial responsibility for our Swedish market. You will lead the sales organisation, drive new business, grow existing customers, and ensure that what we promise in sales is delivered in operations. This is a role where leadership and execution go hand in hand. You’ll be part of the local management team, working closely across Operations, Product and Group Commercial. You’ll set direction – but also stay close to the business, to the customers, and to the deals that shape our growth. What you’ll be doing: Lead the commercial agenda: Take full responsibility for the Swedish Air, Sea and Road sales organisation – from pipeline to performance. Drive growth: Open doors, win new business, and expand existing customer relationships in a structured and focused way. Own the strategy: Translate group commercial direction into a strong and executable local sales plan. Stay on top of performance: Build a solid pipeline, secure forecast accuracy, and ensure momentum in all commercial activities. Engage with customers: Take an active role in key accounts, negotiations, tenders and strategic customer dialogues. Leading your team: Build and develop the team: Coach, support and challenge your sales organisation to perform and grow. Drive accountability: Set clear targets and ensure consistent follow-up. Strengthen the culture: Create a performance-driven environment where ownership and results go hand in hand. Attract and develop talent: Ensure the right sales capabilities for future growth. Working across the business: Align with Operations: Ensure commercially viable solutions, competitive pricing, and reliable service delivery. Collaborate globally: Work closely with Product, Procurement, and Group Commercial on strong and competitive customer offerings. Bridge promise and delivery: Ensure alignment between what we sell and what we deliver. What we’re looking for: You bring a strong commercial background within Air, Sea and Road logistics. You’ve led sales teams before, and you know what it takes to create both structure and results. You’re comfortable owning a market, making decisions, and being accountable for performance. You’ve worked with mid-sized to large customers, built pipelines from scratch, and closed meaningful business. You understand the balance between strategy and execution – and you’re not afraid to step in when needed. As a person, you’re commercially sharp, structured in your approach, and confident in dialogue with both internal stakeholders and senior customers. You bring energy, ownership, and a mindset focused on results. Most importantly, you take responsibility. For your team. For your market. And for making growth happen.
