Description
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Director of Partner Operations to scale our global partner ecosystem. This is a highly visible role acting as equal parts a Project Manager, Operations Manager, Performance Analyst and Chief of Staff, driving operational rigor, cross-functional alignment, and execution across the partner lifecycle.
You will partner closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to build an intelligent, AI-enabled operating system that powers partner strategy, accelerates growth, and drives data-informed decision-making at scale. #LI-RS
Partner Strategy & Operations
Operationalize the partner and alliances operating model, embedding AI-driven insights, automation, and scalable decision frameworks
Translate business goals into scalable programs, KPIs and predictive performance models
Lead cross-functional programs including co-sell and joint GTM initiatives, leveraging automation to improve speed and consistency
Influence outcomes through data storytelling, analytics, and intelligent insights
Support partner-led demand generation and customer success alignment through data-backed segmentation and performance optimization
Build and manage partner pipeline and forecasting frameworks incorporating predictive analytics and trend modeling
Provide data for business review cadences (QBRs/MBRs) using automated reporting and performance insights
Deliver performance insights and recommendations to leadership
Develop dashboards, reporting frameworks, and AI-enabled insights to support faster, better decisions
Evaluate and implement modern tools (e.g., Salesforce, BI platforms, AI copilots, automation solutions) to enhance partner operations
- 8+ years of experience in partner operations, alliance management, or a similar role.
Experience in a high-growth SaaS, cloud, or AI environment
Expertise in developing A-based dashboard reporting and data analysis agents. Strong analytics and dashboarding expertise (Salesforce, Excel, BI tools)
Proven ability to lead through influence across stakeholders
Experience building operating frameworks, governance, and scalable processes
Excellent communication, project management, and prioritization skills
Salary range and description:
Min $200,000 - Max $250,000 USD per year
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. In addition to the base salary and annual bonus target and an equity component is included in the compensation package.
