Join the Front Line of NYC Tourism

TopView Sightseeing is hiring Customer Service Agents to support our growing tourism operations across New York City.

This is an outdoor, field-based position located at high-traffic tourist attractions and sightseeing stops. We are seeking energetic, customer-focused professionals who enjoy working in dynamic city environments.

Schedules may vary based on tourism demand, weather, and operational needs. Weekend and Night availability, and flexibility are required.

Compensation

  • $17.00 per hour base pay $0.50 per ticket printed and/or sold Strong earning potential in high-volume locations

Key Responsibilities

  • Wear full company uniform and maintain professional appearance
  • Ability to carry promotional signage and materials throughout the shift
  • Operate company-issued POS machine
  • Process cash and credit card transactions
  • Handle and reconcile daily cash
  • Explain tour packages, pricing and hours of operation
  • Ensure customers understand their purchases
  • Print tickets for referrals
  • Assist customers with app downloads and reservations

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
