As a Supply Chain - Integrated Planning - Senior Manager, you will focus on optimizing supply chain operations and enhancing end-to-end visibility and collaboration. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will work closely with clients to analyze supply chain processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness. You will provide guidance on technology and data analytics to create a connected and agile supply chain network.
As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. With increased autonomy, you will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate. Your ability to develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams, along with your commitment to excellence, contributes to the success of our firm.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story. You will apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities, validate outcomes with clients, and act on client feedback. Your leadership will guide teams through complexity, demonstrating composure in challenging situations.
Responsibilities
- Leading the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Analyzing client supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and recommending strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Collaborating with clients to improve end-to-end visibility and collaboration within supply chain networks
- Providing guidance on technology and data analytics to create connected and agile supply chain solutions
- Managing stakeholder expectations and fostering relationships to drive business performance
- Directing teams through complex supply chain challenges, demonstrating composure in ambiguous situations
- Utilizing skills in supply chain management software to streamline operations and improve responsiveness
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within supply chain processes
- Validating outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback to refine strategies and solutions
- Coaching and motivating teams to solve complex problems and achieve operational excellence
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
