Sales Project Inbound (Italian Market)

What Youll Do

• Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries from the Italian market.
• Provide product/service information and resolve issues with professionalism.
• Showcase solutions that meet customer needs to maximize sales opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through excellent customer engagement.
• Maintain accurate records and follow standard operational procedures.

️ Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday 08:00 AM to 18:00 PM (local time)
• 40 hours per week (8 hours/day)

Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary: 1,560 gross/month × 14 months
• Bonus: Uncapped quarterly bonus based on performance
• 14 salaries: 12 monthly + 1 Easter + 1 split Summer & Christmas payments

• 25 days annual leave
• Meal Voucher: 50/month for all projects

Contract

• Permanent contract
• On-site work required in Athens

️ Relocation Information (for candidates abroad)

• Must arrive in Athens 7 days prior to start date for hiring procedures
• Stay from site for at least 3 months (unless already residing in Greece with confirmed housing & internet)
• Accommodation: 3 weeks in a hotel near the office
• Relocation allowance: Up to 300 gross (paid with first salary)
• Legal support with hiring documents (candidate must gather all necessary documentation)

Not Included:

• Flight ticket (only reimbursed up to 300 gross with first payment)
• Airport pick-up
• Transport from airport to hotel

Requirements

• Native or fluent Italian speaker
• Good command of English for internal communication
• Strong interpersonal and sales skills
• Reside in Athens (or be ready to relocate before 8 October)
• No remote work option for this project
