Your Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate digital content according to platform guidelines
• Ensure community standards and online safety compliance
• Investigate flagged content and take appropriate action
• Provide insights on emerging trends and possible improvements
• Stay up-to-date with content moderation policies
• Handle potentially sensitive or distressing material with professionalism

Who Were Looking For:

• Fluent Estonian speaker (C2) and English (B2)
• Attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently
• Adaptability ability to keep up with fast-changing guidelines
• Independence & focus able to work in a structured and self-paced environment
• Hold EU passport
• Experience in content moderation, social media, or a related field is a plus
