Supports day-to-day monitoring and observability operations across databases, applications, and infrastructure. Assists in maintaining alerting, dashboards, automation scripts, and telemetry pipelines. Troubleshoots incidents, validates system health, and collaborates with senior engineers to ensure reliable and efficient monitoring coverage. 

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelors 

Degree Preferred:  Bachelors or master’s in science, Computer Science, Engineering 

Minimum Years of Experience: 2–4 year(s) 

Certifications Required: None 

Certifications Preferred: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), AWS Cloud Practitioner, Splunk Certified, Datadog Certification, Scripting and Linux Certifications.

• Understanding of infrastructure components (servers, storage, networks, cloud services) 

• Familiarity with automation concepts and version-controlled script repositories 

• Ability to troubleshoot basic performance issues with guidance 

• Capacity to document incident resolutions, update runbooks, and follow SOPs
