Role Description:
We are a looking for a talented and insightful HR professional for the role of Senior Technical Recruiter to be a part of the strategic recruitment function.
As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and acquiring top-tier talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements, devise effective recruitment strategies, and execute end-to-end recruitment processes. Role Description:

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and acquiring top-tier talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements, devise effective recruitment strategies, and execute end-to-end recruitment processes. This role demands a keen eye for talent, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to building a diverse and high-performing workforce.
Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:- Identify potential candidates using diverse channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage interview scheduling and assessments, ensuring a smooth selection process.
- Guide candidates through the recruitment journey, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate journey, delivering exceptional service throughout recruitment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, addressing inquiries and providing detailed information about the organization and job opportunities.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates to inform them about their application status and next steps.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to comprehend staffing requirements and devise tailored recruitment strategies.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders to communicate hiring needs effectively and align with organizational objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering insights and recommendations to support talent acquisition goals.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Proactively build and sustain talent pipelines for critical roles, anticipating future staffing needs and reducing time-to-fill.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote the organization and engage with potential candidates.
- Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for enhancement.
- Generate regular reports on recruitment key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
- Leverage data insights to refine recruitment approaches and improve overall recruitment outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT/ technical/ technology recruitment, focused on ML, AI skills & roles is advantage.
- 5+ Hands on experience of recruitment tools including Applicant Tracking System (ATS), CRM, LinkedIn recruiter, LinkedIn Insights, Job boards both (to post jobs as well as database search), Google search and overall evolved candidate search experience.
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition (in-house or a blend of Agency and in-house experience).
- Exceptional people management & relationship building skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with a focus on achieving recruitment goals and objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, technology recruitment, focused on ML, AI skills & roles is advantage.
- 5+ Hands on experience of recruitment tools including Applicant Tracking System (ATS), CRM, LinkedIn recruiter, LinkedIn Insights, Job boards both (to post jobs as well as database search), Google search and overall evolved candidate search experience.
