SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGN MANAGER

We are
currently looking for a Social Media Campaign Manager to join a huge tech
client for a 1 year contract (with the possibility of extension / going
permanent).

In this
role, you will bridge the gap between creative strategy and technical
execution, ensuring that every social campaign is planned, tracked and launched
with precision. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle
of social projects, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and maintaining
the operational excellence of our social channels.

What you'll be doing:

  • End-to-End Campaign Management: Oversee the planning,
    execution, and delivery of social media campaigns, ensuring all assets are
    delivered on time and meet brand standards.
  • Stakeholder
    Coordination:
    Act
    as the central point of contact between creative teams, marketing leads,
    and external partners to align on campaign goals and timelines.
  • Workflow
    Optimization:
    Maintain
    and refine the "Social Media Role Input" and "Documents
    & Artifacts" trackers to ensure visibility and transparency
    across the team.
  • Resource
    Tracking:
    Monitor
    project milestones and flag potential bottlenecks or resource constraints
    before they impact delivery dates.
  • Content
    Governance:
    Manage
    the repository of campaign artifacts, ensuring all social assets, copy,
    and legal approvals are documented and organized.
  • Reporting
    & Insights:
    Collate
    data from various campaigns to assist in the "Summary" reporting
    process, helping the team understand project velocity and success metrics.

What you bring:

  • Experience: 3–5 years in Project Management or Campaign
    Management, specifically within a social media or digital agency
    environment.
  • Tools: Expert-level proficiency in
    Excel/Google Sheets (managing complex trackers) and project management
    software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, or Jira).
  • Social
    Fluency:
    Deep
    understanding of the technical requirements for major platforms
    (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
  • Organization: Exceptional attention to detail; you are someone
    who finds "peace of mind" in a perfectly organized spreadsheet.
  • Communication:
    Ability to
    translate complex project timelines into actionable steps for creative and
    strategic team members.
