As a BI Engineer - Associate - Analytics as Services - Operate, you will engage in managed services, focusing on outsourced solutions to support clients across various functions. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will help organizations streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency by managing key processes and functions on their behalf. Your role will involve project management, technology, and process optimization to deliver services that meet client needs.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embrace ambiguity, ask questions, and use these challenges as opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

- Supporting the transition and management of outsourced services to enhance client operations
- Engaging in project management tasks to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Utilizing automation frameworks to design and develop solutions for process optimization
- Collaborating with delivery teams to manage performance and mitigate delivery risks
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize managed services tools and processes
- Gathering and analyzing data to inform process improvement and business transformation efforts
- Assisting in the development and execution of service delivery plans to meet client expectations
- Applying technical skills in automation and process improvement to drive operational excellence
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective service management
- Contributing to the development of strategies for operational performance management and risk documentation

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3+ years of experience in BI , Tableau , Advance SQL, BOBJ(Business Objects) or SAS
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
