Description

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Marketing Specialist to join our BI team. In this role, you’ll serve as the go-to expert for marketing data infrastructure, attribution setup, and performance visualization. You will work closely with UA, CRM, Affiliate, and Product Marketing teams, and Data Analysts to ensure accurate tracking, attribution across our entire marketing ecosystem.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role requiring deep expertise in Google Tag Manager (GTM), mobile attribution platforms (especially Singular), affiliate tracking, and BI dashboard creation.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end Google Tag Manager (GTM) setup and maintenance across web and mobile platforms, including event tagging, conversion pixels, and custom triggers.

  • Manage and optimize Singular attribution setup: conversion events, postbacks, campaign tracking, and cost integrations.

  • Develop and maintain affiliate attribution tracking systems, including UTM structures, custom tracking links, and partner performance validation.

  • Design, build, and maintain marketing performance dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI), enabling real-time campaign and channel insights.

  • Ensure high-quality marketing data by implementing robust QA and validation processes across all marketing-related pipelines.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align on data requirements, tracking needs, and measurement plans for ongoing and new initiatives.

  • Support campaign planning and post-mortem reporting with data deep-dives, benchmarking, and visualization.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of tracking plans, attribution logic, and dashboard schemas to ensure transparency and reproducibility.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Web Marketing Analytics, BI, or a similar data-focused marketing

  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM), including custom tagging and pixel implementations.

  • Direct experience with Web Marketing
  • Ability to work across different time zones to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient with web attribution platforms (ideally Singular); familiarity with postbacks, cost integrations, and MMP setup.

  • Experience building and scaling BI dashboards in tools like Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.

  • Strong SQL skills and comfort working with raw event-level marketing data.

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, user acquisition channels, affiliate marketing, and attribution methodologies.

  • Detail-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and quality assurance.

Preferred

  • Deep understanding of Sweepstakes games

  • Ability to build rich and complex data sets for analysis or tool building

  • Master’s degree in business, economics, statistics, analytics, or another related degree

  • Experience in Python or R
