Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and maintaining system stability to ensure seamless operation. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with different teams to understand needs and implement effective solutions is a key part of the daily routine.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective application configurations.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
- Document configuration changes, processes, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Integration Hub.
- Experience with integration design and implementation using APIs and connectors.
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration and configuration issues efficiently.
- Strong understanding of software as a service application lifecycle and release management.
- Knowledge of system compatibility considerations and performance optimization techniques.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Integration Hub.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
