As a Core Banking Technology - Business Analyst - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients within the Banking and Capital Markets sector to optimize their core banking systems. Within our Advisory practice, you will leverage your skills to deliver strategic solutions that enhance business processes and drive innovation. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

Responsibilities
- Leading the implementation and optimization of Guidewire InsuranceSuite applications, including BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and PolicyCenter
- Conducting comprehensive business analysis to identify client needs and develop tailored solutions within the banking and capital markets sector
- Managing project timelines and deliverables to align with client expectations and industry standards
- Facilitating strategic questioning and active listening to gather and interpret client requirements effectively
- Providing coaching and feedback to team members to foster professional growth and enhance project outcomes
- Utilizing analytical thinking to address complex challenges and drive innovative solutions in insurance consulting
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to support ongoing service excellence and client satisfaction
- Embracing change and promoting a culture of intellectual curiosity and learning agility within the team
- Applying project management skills to oversee the successful execution of client engagements and deliverables
- Encouraging teamwork and inclusion to create a collaborative and supportive work environment
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
